Yesterday, we carved our pumpkin:
Jason and Claudia did all the work while Marley and Maya played.
Happy Halloween!

Jason got his deer processed, and we got back 50 pounds of meat! We got 40 packs of ground and 10 cubed. Jason was lucky to kill another deer this past weekend, so we have even more now!
Last week was not good. Last weekend, a little stomach bug swept through our house. Then, on Thursday, I started experiencing intense pain. I actually felt like I was in labor! I was in constant pain for almost 24 hours before I finally went to Urgent Care. Silly kidney stones, why do they create such havoc? Well, at least I survived the ordeal!
Jason shot this 8 point buck last night. The deer came within 5 feet of his stand and dropped immediately. Jason said his cheeks hurt from smiling so much – he is very happy.
Fresh healthy meat into our freezer!
I need a little tune-up!
Right now, I am:
pondering, reflecting, thinking, praying, and preparing!
Tweaks are a good thing!
I started back to school today.
On the agenda for this quarter: Document Processing, Medical Office Procedures, Pharmacology:
Because I have so many books this quarter, I had to borrow one of Marley’s backpacks:
I have made all A’s so far, and only hope that I can keep it up with my Pharmacology class – it is going to be hard!
Jason got down a bunch of clothes out of the attic for me. I have been semi-hoarding clothes and it was time to clean out!
261 clothing items! Wow that is a lot.
All 261 got donated and yes, I sorted them all – but only for tax deduction records.
Now I am ready to purge some more! No telling what I have in the attic!
